Nearly 100 Vorys attorneys supported clients in closing 52 mergers and acquisitions during 2024, ranging in value from $10 million to more than $3 billion.

In 2024, Vorys attorneys appeared on behalf of clients in nearly 1,500 federal and state cases in more than 100 courts across the country.

Vorys eControl collaborated with more than 530 brands and enabled over $1.5 billion in monthly authorized sales last year.  The team also removed more than 6,600 unauthorized sellers, representing over $300 million in unauthorized sales across marketplaces.

Vorys labor and employment attorneys provided strategic counsel to more than 600 employers nationwide and had numerous litigation successes, including defending a client against a multi-million-dollar wrongful discharge lawsuit in a jury trial.

Vorys has advised borrowers and lenders on more than 500 finance matters in 2024, including closing more than $1 billion in ABL transactions during the year. 

Vorys helped multiple clients negotiate tax incentives and other economic incentives for a total of 29 data center projects across 11 states and multiple continents. 

In the last year, the intellectual property group filed nearly 1,000 U.S. and international patent applications and had approximately 350 U.S. patents issued on behalf of our clients. 

Vorys serves as local counsel to a health care subsidiary of global venture capital firm, General Catalyst, in its acquisition of Summa Health, a transaction that is unique to the health care industry based on its overall size and focus on leveraging innovation and technology.
